John Paul Mays, Founder and CEO of EMRY Records Management, brings over 25 years of experience in Records and Electronic Information Management across the Energy, Real Estate, and Telecom sectors. Known for his leadership and technical expertise, John Paul excels at aligning Legal and IT teams to deliver successful enterprise solutions. His extensive experience and innovative approach have made him a recognized leader in the industry, driving EMRY’s continued growth and success in the Records Management space.

CARLOS ZILM
CHIEF SALES MARKETING OFFICER
Carlos is an award-winning executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, specializing in brand strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. As the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at EMRY, he leads the company’s marketing direction, focusing on brand visibility, client relationships, and strategic partnerships. Since joining EMRY in 2023, Carlos has driven the rebranding process, integrated sales strategies, and improved operational efficiency, while maintaining a strong client-first approach that fosters long-term partnerships and measurable growth.

Ryan Zilm, an accomplished executive leader with 28+ years of specialized expertise in data strategy, risk management, and information governance. Through strategic business development and operational refinement, he has spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives, culminating in significant multi-million-dollar cost-savings and inducted by ARMA international into the company of fellows in October 2022.
